What if zombies talked?

Ok, i mean what IF they talked and could choose to make there own choices but they were dead? and if you got infected you just were dad but still human?

who knows, but you are mods, so you should have deleted them. And i think that would be amazing if they could actually talk, and make decisions. We would live for EVAR!

If Zombies talked wouldn't they be Ghouls like in the Fallout games? I know some of the zombies talked in Resident Evil 4. If Zombies talked and could listen to reason, then they would just be normal people but uglier.
